Our Favorite Fall Layers
It's official - our favorite season is almost here! It's time to start transitioning your wardrobe and getting ready for those autumn temps. If you have a small closet like me, this means literally rotating your clothes - time for sleeveless dresses + jumpsuits to head to my rolling rack in the basement, and sweaters and jeans to come back upstairs.
Summer outfits tend to be a little easier - the season is full of simple "one and done" outfits like dresses and rompers. No coordinating top to bottom outfits. Not to mention, short sleeves and sleeveless pieces don't present as many challenges for us tall girls.
But fall outfits can be just as easy - all you need to get started are some great basic layering pieces. Once you build these pieces up, you can mix and match them all season long! Wear these alone or layer under your favorite ponchos, jackets or cardigans.
Stripes
If you've ever browsed Pinterest for fall outfit inspo, you know that any great layer collection must include stripes. They are everywhere, and they aren't going away anytime soon. Our v-neck long sleeve is made from a comfortable fabric that goes under anything and everything with ease.
Cardigans
Cardigans are so, so clutch for layering. We love this one from our new collection - it honestly feels like a dreamy blanket! The knit makes a statement for itself; all you have to do is add your favorite tees + tanks under it and voilà - your outfit is complete!
