Free Shipping

Orders that total $100 or more receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping (United States only). All USPS Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2-4 business days after 1-3 business days processing time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.

Flat Rate Shipping

For all merchandise purchases under $100, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for USPS Priority Mail shipping (United States only). All USPS Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2-4 business days after 1-3 business days processing time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through USPS Priority International. Cost of shipping is determined by weight & size of package and package destination. Shipping time will depend on the destination - up to 10 business days following 1-3 business days processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.

There may be additional duties, taxes, VAT charges, brokerage fees, etc. applied by customs and the carrier. These charges are not included in original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Amalli Talli. Once the package is in customs, if the customer chooses not to pay duties or other additional fees or refuses the package, Amalli Talli will not refund original shipping back to the customer. In addition, any return shipping costs we incur to have the package sent back from us will be deducted from your refund amount.

USPS works with international brokers to clear your package through customs, and will assess you a brokerage fee to do so. At this time, they are the carrier that provides the lowest brokerage fees for our customers with no other surprise fees. We work solely with USPS for that reason. Lost or Stolen Packages

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.  Please contact them with your tracking information to inquire about next steps.  

Requests to Edit or Cancel Orders

Orders cannot be edited and/or cancelled once they are fulfilled and have been assigned a shipping label(s) and tracking number. Customers are notified via email when the order is fulfilled. Any orders that are refused upon arrival by the customer will not be refunded by Amalli Talli.
