To Return or Exchange an Item(s) in Your Order
To facilitate a return or exchange, please click here.
You will need your order # and email address, phone number or ZIP code to get started. After you submit a return or exchange request, you will receive follow-up instructions in your email inbox. If you don't see an email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive an approval email notification in your inbox. This will include both your Order # and your assigned RMA #. Please print off the approval email and include it inside your return package. Our team cannot correctly process a refund without this approval slip, so don't forget to include it!
U.S. citizens have the choice to use a pre-paid label to mail back returns, or use a carrier of choice. If you opt to use our pre-paid label, $9 will be deducted from your refund total. If you opt to use your own carrier, we highly recommend USPS as it is the most affordable option.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer pre-paid labels to international citizens or for customers with an APO address. Please visit the website above and select to ship back via the carrier of your choice. Any international return requests or APO address requests that opt in for a pre-paid label will not be approved.
In Person Drop Off Requests:
Please also note that we cannot offer in-person return drop-offs. Everything must be returned using the carrier of your choice or our return label. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Returns & Refund Policy
If something doesn’t work out for any reason, send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment and must include the return form you received in your shipment. All merchandise must be unworn, tagged, and in its original condition. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, laundry detergent scents, animal hair or similar product stains will be returned to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. No exceptions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct fit within the return window timeframe. Amalli Talli will not honor returns of worn items that a customer has deemed to be the incorrect size. Any returns postmarked after 30 days of the date you received will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. Shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt or cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items denoted as final sale in the product description (or purchased at a discount rate of 40% or more) are final sale only - any returns or exchanges will be rejected. Charge on delivery (C.O.D.) returns are not accepted. They will be denied and returned to sender. All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Amalli Talli will help facilitate an exchange for the same item(s) in a different size/length to achieve the right fit. We cannot modify existing orders, so our process utilizes a return/repurchase approach, but we will honor the same discount originally used, if applicable. Original orders that were $100 or more will receive free shipping on the exchanged items in the new sizes and/or lengths being sent back to you (domestic orders only). Customers are still responsible for paying any fees associated with returning or sending unwanted items back. Exchanges not applicable for international orders.
