To Return or Exchange an Item(s) in Your Order

You will need your order # and email address associated with the order. If you wish to return one item and exchange another, two separate requests must be submitted at the site aboveAfter you submit a return or exchange request, you will receive follow-up instructions in your email inbox. 

U.S. citizens have the choice to use a pre-paid USPS label to mail back returns, or use a carrier of choice. If you opt to use our pre-paid label, $9 will be deducted from your refund total. If you opt to use your own carrier, we highly recommend USPS as it is the most affordable option.

We help facilitate easy exchanges for different sizes or lengths of the same item.  

International Customers: 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer pre-paid labels to international citizens at this time, including APO addresses. Please visit the website above and select to ship back via the carrier of your choice. Any international return requests that opt in for a pre-paid label will be rejected. 

In Person Drop Off Requests:

Please also note that we cannot offer in-person return drop-offs.  Everything must be returned using the carrier of your choice or our return label.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our returns sheet that is included in your original package MUST be included to process a refund. If you misplaced yours, you can click here to download and print the form off. Packages without this form will be rejected. This form requires order #, name on order and RMA # (which can be found in your email inbox after you submit a return request at the site above). 

Returns & Refund Policy

If something doesn’t work out for any reason, send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment and must include the return form you received in your shipment. All merchandise must be unworn, tagged, and in its original condition. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, animal hair or similar product stains will be returned to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.  No exceptions.  Any returns postmarked after 30 days of the date you received will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt or cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items denoted as final sale in the product description (or purchased at a discount rate of 40% or more) are final sale only - any returns or exchanges will be rejected. Charge on delivery (C.O.D.) returns are not accepted. They will be denied and returned to sender. All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
