Returns & Refund Policy
If something doesn’t work out for any reason, send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment and must include the return form you received in your shipment. All merchandise must be unworn, tagged, and in its original condition. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, animal hair or similar product stains will be returned to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 30 days of the date you received will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. Shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt or cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items denoted as final sale in the product description cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please indicate on the return order details page (included with your invoice or available to download here) which items you will be returning and why. Do so by inputting the designated reason code below next to the product(s) you will be returning. This page must be included in the shipment back to us to be able to process your return.
We offer two ways to make returns back to us. First, is by simply packaging up your unwanted items and mailing them to us at the address below using the carrier of your choice. Although we highly recommend using the United States Postal Service as your shipping carrier for returns as they are the cheapest of all shipping options available. Otherwise, we can email you a prepaid return label and deduct $9 from your return value. If you would like us to send you label, please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to return.
If you elect to ship using the carrier of your choice, please retain the tracking information so that it can be used to locate any packages that are mis-delivered and also to determine the status of a return.
Returns must be prepaid, either through contacting us for a prepaid label or by directly paying the carrier of your choice at the time of shipment. C.O.D. deliveries will NOT be accepted and will be returned back to the sender. Should the sender attempt another return, the same 30 day timeline from the date of initial receipt will still apply.

Any items that are designated as "Final Sale" items are not eligible for product returns or exchanges.
Technically, we are unable to process a 'true' exchange - BUT, we most definitely can help make the process of swapping sizes a whole lot easier! Please send a message at email@example.com with your order number and the items you wish to exchange with applicable sizes (and/or lengths). We can issue you a new invoice (with any applicable discounts used on your original order) instantaneously, or we can make a note on your account to send you a new invoice once your original order has been returned and a refund has been issued.
