Flood Updates

 

UPDATED 7/5/2024:

We have moved our warehouse location and are back to operational!!  We are beginning to process and fulfill orders in the queue and should be caught up by the week of 7/8/24.

On Saturday, June 22, 2024 the town of Spencer, IA, where our warehouse is located, was hit with catastrophic flooding.

As a result, our warehouse is not operational at the moment.  

We are awaiting the green light by the building owner to get in and begin clean up efforts, but we aren't sure what timelines will look like that to start.   We want to assure everyone that this is a temporary situation and we will work diligently to ensure that all the needs of our customers are still met during this time.  Please see below for information on pertinent business operations.

 

Returns/Exchanges

In addition to clean up being needed, postal and carrier services have been disrupted by this disaster.  If you are in need of sending a return/exchange back but HAVEN'T YET DONE SO, to avoid any lost packages during this time we request that you please hold onto your items until we send communication confirming that it is okay to mail.  We will send communications via email and social media and to be added to our list, please send us a message at info@amallitalli.com

If you HAVE SENT IN a package, please send us the tracking information if you are able.  That will allow us to begin to track the package down and we can work with you on completing your return.  

 

Order Fulfillment

We are hoping to establish normal business operations and order fulfillment as soon as possible!  If you have an order currently in the queue that is awaiting shipment and you would like to cancel it, please send us a message at info@amallitalli.com with your name and order number and we can assist you with that request!  

If you are okay with a delay in fulfillment, please know that we will work extremely hard to get your order to you as quickly as we can!
